Villa Popovica Hills

The eight-bed house is located in the most beautiful part of Sremska Kamenica, on the slopes of Fruška Gora facing the Danube, in the prestigious village of Popovica, with beautiful views over Novi Sad. In the immediate vicinity is a well-known resort, a pedestrian route to the famous points of the pedestrian and bicycle transfers to the Orlovo battlefield and the Popovica lake below it. To the west the road is quickly reached to the final western slopes of Fruška Gora and the famous landscape of the Banoštar wine route. House is 150m2. It comprises of ground floor and 1st floor, each 75m2. A big fenced lawn garden makes for a very pleasant stay, with plenty of possibilities for children entertainment and outdoor activities. There is a swimming pool 450x110 and a lovely canopy covered sitting area. The ground floor comprises of a big lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, toilet with a basin and a washing machine, and a salon with sofa bed for two persons. On the first floor there are three good sized rooms 12-15m2, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the rooms with a double bed has a balcony. Bathroom with a bath, basin, wc and bide.

A bus stop is only 50 metres away from the property, with a regular service to Novi Sad, 15 minute ride to the city centre and 10 min to the beach Štrand. It's a 10 min car ride to the Petrovaradin fortress, and 20 to Sremski Karlovci. It takes 10 min to the top of Fruška Gora and marked walking trails, and 20 min to the Vrdnik spa with thermal water.
