Since everyone is inquiring about Sept. travel 🙋🏻♀️ (hey...I like the spontaneity), I figured I'd support and share my top picks for that perfect cusp-season month! ✨ To me...it's my favorite month to travel. The kiddos are back in school, crowds die down, and summer nights cool down a bit. Check out some inspo for your Sept. getaway 😉😉
1️⃣ Bora Bora (or any other Tahitian island): One of the most stunning Zika-free beach destinations in the world. In September, the weather is perfect with lots of sun. And let's be real....you know you want that pic of you in an over the water hut. Plus, it's the clearest dad-gum water that I've ever seen! 😍
2️⃣ France (pretty much anywhere in the country where a 🍇🌿 is present): September is the month for the grape harvest in the Northern Hemisphere’s wine-producing regions. How better to celebrate than doing a road trip through Provence? 🚙
3️⃣ Aruba: Aruba is one of the top Caribbean islands to visit at the best of times. ☀️🌊 Because it’s outside of the “hurricane belt”, the risk of foul weather is smaller than elsewhere in the region. It’s low season too, so you’ll get good hotel deals.
4️⃣ Portugal: It’s no mystery Lisbon is so popular these days. 🧐 What’s not to like? Afternoons are for climbing its seven hills in search of the best miradouros — terraces with poetic views over its pastel houses and red rooftops — while evenings are best spent in taverns that serve up sensational

Hello from Gozo, Malta! Some days your rental car breaks down, you oversleep by three hours(?!), and you realize that you already left your coveted battery pack in a hotel, but then some days you get to hike through a ravine to find a secret beach with incredibly turquoise water after a breakfast of locally baked goods. You win some, and you lose (literally) some! However, all and in all... I think it's all worth the "adventure." Check out my short video of the beach we found today with the help of some locals!
