The Retreat week is over. I am so proud of this group of lovely people, of Drop and of the Oxyo team. It’s very special again how people who don’t know each other live together as a family for a week and share everything: laughing, crying, dancing, eating, enjoying, opening up, connecting and growing. I am also proud of myself. It is a beautiful creation that comes from my toes. But also from the ideal that I really believe in a loving society. Living together in love. I am very grateful💛.

Have you always wanted to know what it feels like to take an ice bath? In the beautiful and safe environment of our retreat we want to give you the opportunity to experience the power of cold. Of course, under good supervision and with the associated breathing exercises before, during and after the ice bath.
