Fall is here! Not as in falling down, but as perfect Fall weather for square dancing! If you want to get enough use out of petticoats and country neckties, now is your chance. Of course, jeans and sweatshirts are fine, too. The main thing is to have fun times with friends!

It’s time for a school dance! Either bring apples to share with each other to celebrate your favorite square dance teachers over the years, or bring school supplies for students so someone can collect them and donate them to kids who need them. The main thing is to have fun!

Ozzie Pearl, a nationally know caller who has handed out thousands of fan club pins, and who we have enjoyed as a caller for our Twin City Twirlers Square Dance club many times, passed away this past Saturday, April 9. There will be a grave side service for family sometime this week. He will be in our hearts and minds forever. May he Rest In Peace. Our deepest sympathy to his family.

We are sorry our Twin City Twirlers caller Herb Edwards has left this earth. But we’ll bet he is now calling square dances in Heaven. Our deepest sympathy to his wife, Pat, and the rest of the family.
