Days 10-11. Yesterday we visited the town of Hilo. First up was Rainbow Falls. We climbed our way through caves which are actually lava tubes created by the volcanos. We ate lunch at Pineapples. We then went to Onekahakaha Beach where Jackson’s foot encountered a few sea urchin pricks. All good now. Today we visited Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Lots of steam coming out of the fissures around the rim. We are lunch at the Volcano House restaurant on the rim of the caldera.
