Now and through Hurricane season, it's important to know the procedures during these storms. Please see below:
Current Travelers:
If you are currently in a destination expected to be affected, you've already been contacted by your Paradise Planner to discuss options ahead of the storm. If you have stayed in the destination, your planner will remain in contact with you and the resorts, and check-in regularly. If you have travel insurance, make sure you keep a copy of your policy information and document number handy. If you purchased it separately, make sure your Paradise Planner has a copy, as well.
Those Traveling Within The Next Two Weeks:
If you are set to arrive to one of the destinations affected within the next two weeks, your Paradise Planner will be reaching out to you as soon as the storm has passed that destination and locals are able to safely assess damage. We'll have a better idea of what they're each dealing with then. Please feel free to email your Paradise Planner with any questions or concerns while you wait.
Those Traveling More Than Two Weeks From Now:
If you are are set to travel more than two weeks from now, please wait patiently until we have more knowledge and information post-storm. Clients with immediate travel affected will have priority when moving their trips and then we'll work week-by-week from there. If you wish to make the decision to move your future trip before knowing about the conditions of the island or resort, let your Paradise Planner know so they can go over the options with you.

Our Story - My Paradise Planner
Our agency was founded in 2008, by owner Kira Solomon, at the age of twenty-one. After traveling to Sandals Negril in 2007, she had completely fallen in love with the resort chain and the level of hospitality she had experienced from the brand. Upon leaving, she decided that she wanted to send everyone she knew to Sandals Resorts. From that concept, a plan grew, and that plan turned into My Paradise Planner. Somehow, that one-woman home based agency in 2008, turned into an award winning agency with over a dozen agents all part of the growing My Paradise Planner team.
It’s our agency’s passion for what we do, and the brands that we sells, that make us so successful. Our agents believe in the Sandals & Beaches brand. We have chosen to partner with the brand, before all others, and have been recognized with many awards and honors over the past decade to prove that our partnership with Sandals & Beaches is a strong one.
But as we grew, we also branched out. Some of our agents focus their specialities on non-Sandals and Beaches Resorts brands. We’re also top level specialists of other resorts such as Hard Rock Resorts (and Unico Resort) & Karisma (El Dorado, Generations, Azul, and Nickelodeon Resorts). We have an incredible team that has worked hard to expand their knowledge of various destinations around the world giving our clients an endless variety of options when working with us. Anywhere you want to go, you know you’re in good hands with our team.
We pride ourselves on treating every vacation as if it was our own. Travel is an investment, and our agents understand that. We work tirelessly to make sure our clients have the best possible travel experience, and we do it happily, because we believe the old proverb that says “love what you do and you never work a day in your life”.
The best part is that our services are always 100% free for our clients. Sounds too good to believe? Many wonder how it’s possible considering it’s always said that nothing good is ever really free. But we promise you, it’s true. Our partnerships in the travel industry allow us to collect a commission on the bookings we make. This commission comes out of the pockets of the resorts, hotels, cruise lines, etc. They won’t charge you any more or any less whether you book with us or not, so you truly will receive our professional expert guidance and assistance at no extra cost to you.
