Immediate position available for someone with basic home maintenance knowledge. Pleasantly Perfect Rentals in Orrtanna needs a person who can drive a pickup with a trailer, mow grass with a zero turn, do basic work on our farm and rentals, and handyman type work.

I grew up on Hilton Head Island Sc and have been around the vacation rental market my entire life. I noticed there were a lot of hosts providing average vacation rentals and there was an opportunity to offer to the market rental properties that went above and beyond. We owned several properties that were yearly rentals and as a family we decided to gut each one, renovate them, and decorate with interesting, eclectic decor. Every rental has been done by myself and my husband. Our rentals are ranked the highest in the market for their cleanliness, professionalism, immediate response time, tons of amenities, and little touches. I take great honor in hosting each and every guest at our properties and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
