Refund Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, a portion of your payment will be retained. For cancellations prior to July 1st, 20% of your payment. For cancellations from August 1 - September 1, 50% of the payment. There will be no refunds after September 1st and no credit applicable for the cancellation. Arrival & Departure: You are welcome to come early and/or stay late and book accommodations directly through Amansala Resort or elsewhere in the area. For the retreat, please plan to arrive sometime on Oct 2nd- that night is included in your retreat - and depart sometime on Oct 7th
We recommend looking for best airfare prices on Kayak. Also, there are direct flights on Southwest to Cancun from Denver. Once you have booked your ticket, please post your flight information to our page so you can determine when/if others are arriving at the same time so you can get together on an airport transfer van to Amansala.
