SDR was started in 2014 and currently consists of Mike Sotolongo and Chris Vosmeier. Mike's experience goes back to childhood where he learned about the trades from his father while building his father's dream home. Mike worked for Complete Residential Services for 3 years where he performed custom remodels and home warranty repairs for a large custom home builder. He found the experience of fixin

g other contractor's mistakes is where he gained a large amount of his knowledge that spans over various trades from carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Chris assists in the day to day projects along with drawing up Mike's designs in AutoCad. Chris can create drawings in 3D and 2D so that the customer can see what they're getting before any work is performed. We look forward to the future of our company as well as exceeding customer's expectations on their residential projects.
