Jim Barker is on a roll - supper last night was courgette fritters to start, followed by roast duck with a cherry sauce, crushed new potatoes and a cauliflower and broccoli cheese, with pears marinated in red wine for pud!

With this year's Pure Mountain menu plan nearly complete, we'll soon be ready to start training our staff. Our top priority is to provide our guests with a truly wonderful traditional catered chalet holiday.

We love this part of running Pure Mountain - testing new recipes to help make your traditional catered chalet holiday the best one yet!

Keeping the menu as delicious as we can make it is a top priority. Last night Jim Barker cooked garlic and lemon baked salmon with fragrant sticky rice with a lemon cream sauce and roasted veg, and a cheeky raspberry mousse for pud. YUM!!
