Learn more about RNG
Okanagan Crush Pad is a leader in sustainability and land stewardship. That commitment is something the Summerland-based business takes seriously. In 2011 they became an organic winemaking facility, in 2022 they were the first Canadian winery to join International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA), and today they are partnering with TOTA and FortisBC to add renewable natural gas (RNG) to incorporate sustainability into all aspects of the business. By making the switch to RNG, Okanagan Crush Pad will be actioning their climate goals and saving the business from emitting tons of CO2 emissions every year.
Okanagan Crush Pad and Garnet Valley Ranch Winery are not only adding RNG into their energy portfolio, but are also encouraging the entire region to take steps towards reducing climate-changing emissions. They are offering a two-night stay at the brand-new Garnet Valley Ranch Winery to bring awareness to this worthy climate action cause.

7 Celebrations Reconnecting in the Central Okanagan
The 7 Celebrations Reconnect in the Thompson Okanagan event series came to an end in May with the last event in the Central Okanagan in West Kelowna hosted in partnership with the Sncəwips Heritage Museum and Visit Westside.
The goal of this event series was to encourage locals and visitors to reconnect in the communities throughout the Thompson Okanagan. This goal was surpassed with a great turnout at all events and it was a pleasure to partner with communities and businesses to showcase and celebrate their local and Indigenous artisans, performers, and what makes their communities so special.
