The house is near Ermioni(Peloponesse) a small village in front of the islands of Spetses and Hydra,and it is 2 and 1/2 hour drive from Athens.From Ermioni you can visit Spetses and Hydra or the cosmopolitan town of Porto Heli which is 20 minutes driving distance from the house.Nafplion(90 minutes driving distance) and Epidavros(ancient theater) are near destinations with a lot interesting sightse

eing. The nearest airport is in Athens(2 1/2 hour driving distance).You can either rent a car from the airport and drive to the house or you can take a taxi from the airport to Pireaus(port of Athens) in order to take the High Speed Dolphin boat to Ermioni.In Ermioni you can arrange to rent a car so that you can go the house. Arrangement: Private, 2 storey villa built on an incline in its own fenced – in, partly landscaped, property lying almost on the waters edge, just above the rocky shore, comprising of: Ground floor (pool level): open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and living room with double sofa – bed exiting to the swimming pool. Twin bedroom (with its own exterior door) share a wc / shower which interconnects with living room. Interior staircase to the first floor: split level floor comprising: on the lower level a large hall way used as a sitting room with a fireplace, double sofa – bed which exits to a spacious veranda with pergola (sea and pool view): small single bedroom. On the higher level: double bedroom and single bedroom sharing a wc / shower. The exterior comprises of a garden with a large oval shaped fresh water swimming pool (ca. 60 SQM) and a sun terrace with thatch umbrellas. Towels, extra bedding, washing powder, washing liquid for dishes, iron and ironing boards is provided by us. The nearest super market,tavernas,bakery is in the town of Ermioni which is in 10 minutes driving distance from the house (3-4 km). There will be a whashing machine in use,dishwash,refrigerator/freezer,oven and coffee/tea making facilities. There is a television in the house and also a DVD,internet,satelite TV,CD player and radio. The houses around the villa are very few and in a long distance. There is a road that lead to the three pebbly( very small pebbles ) beaches which is in 5 minutes walking distance from the house.But I think that you will also love the sand beach which is in 3 minutes driving distance.
