We train, coach & counsel in all the aspects of the How2Respond cycle®, in their physical, cognitive, behavioural, emotional & spiritual responses.

We believe that everybody responds in their own unique way to certain situations where they try using their inner power & strength. Sometimes however these situations can be very unpredictable, stressful, uncontrollable or even traumatic. In such a case we could go into ‘survival mode’. In order to get back in control and respond in an accurate way, you only need to know what to do. This can be ac

hieved by making use of a variety of means and methods, which can vary from using practical tools to learning new coping strategies. We focuses on personal & team response effectiveness to these intensely difficult situations. We help to create conditions in which organisations and people learn to perform using their own resilience & positive drive. We use the following methodologies during the training & workshops.
