Ok, so it looks like the lodges are a great alternative to the Dragon Inn. Although this does mean we will have to do our own breakfast. I can book two lodges of which each lodge has 2 doubles and 2 twin rooms in each.
The place is asking for £150 deposit per lodge with the remaining amount paid 30 days before we go. So basically I am looking for who really wants to go and then £20 deposit per person. This will be for only 16 people. Obviously the sooner I get the deposits in the sooner i can confirm our booking.
August 3rd - 7th 2019.

Another option for Wales 2019 are some lodges in Montgomery at £180 per couple for the 4 nights.

Wales next year 3rd August to 7th August. £320 per room. £260 for a single room. Deposit of £50 per person by end of September and the rest not required until end of June.

Sorry ladies and Gents but our trip to Yorkshire is cancelled not enough names in the pot to make it worth while going. However I am planning on something else far more extreme and will be looking for just another 3 or 4 riders to do it. You will need a bike capable of covering at least 220 miles though.
