Some asked me about our stance practice for building a stronger foundation. Here ya go...ideal to hold the stance 2 to 3 minutes each if not at least 5. So doing them nice and slow to show them. Enjoy and happy training.

Don't discount the strong basic horse stance to build explosive power in your maneuvers. For both stage combat and your martial arts practice. If you have damaged knees check with your doctor. I have a knee bone on bone so long extended stance training is out. But you can do in smaller increments of 30 minutes.

Well now, it looks like things are starting up with Stalking Dragons North Division. So back into things . I hope every one in Florida still gets to practice and do some shows. Safe as always the Stalking Dragons way.
