PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
We work with the client in the early phase of drawing, to provide value engineering and suggestions for siting, constructability, budget and scheduling. By incorporating items such as sustainability and maintenance costs into our design review, our suggestions can often save the client money well into the future. Our pre construction team works to reduce the overall project cost by saving time, labor and expenses. The result is a project designed to the owner’s specifications, within budget and with no surprise. GENERAL CONTRACTOR
As a general contractor, our services begin with pricing and verifying the validity of the bids using our extensive cost histories. During actual construction, we manage the day to day activity on the job, including safety, quality control and adherence to the project schedule. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
During the construction phase, our full time supervision team is on the site, monitoring work to assure compliance with specification, budget and schedule. Our construction management team also acts as a liaison to the owner’s representative providing on-going status of the project and providing monthly status reports which detail the job from start to finish. DESIGN BUILDER
Our expertise also extends to design build construction. The design build team build team acts as a cohesive unit with the developer, developing the project specifications while we perform the constructability review. During construction, design build team then acts as a single source of information for all design and construction issues. We use daily pre tax planning sections, on-going safety inspections, weekly safety meetings, safety manual review and email updates to assist in obtaining our goal of zero incident and aim to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment.
