Only one hour from Cartagena, there is a magical place, known as the Pink Sea of the Caribbean🌊💓. Yes gentlemen ... These wonderful Salinas are located in the town of Galarazamba, municipality of Santa Catalina, Bolívar. The road is easily accessible from Cartagena🌴. According to the indications of a Galerazence (native of the region) the water becomes of that intense color in the times of November to March and if they pretend to go in for a while as I did, use some water shoes because the rocks of salt that are in the water can hurt their feet😊😘❤

A solo una hora de Cartagena, se encuentra este mágico lugar, conocido como el Mar Rosado del caribe🌊💓. Si señores... 😯estas maravillosas Salinas están ubicadas en el pueblo de Galarazamba, municipio de Santa Catalina, Bolívar. El camino es de fácil acceso, desde Cartagena🌴. De acuerdo a las indicaciones de un Galerazence ( nativo de la región) el agua se pone de ese color intenso en las épocas de noviembre a marzo y si pretenden meterse un ratito como lo hice yo🙃, usen unos zapatos de agua porque las rocas de sal que se encuentran en el agua les pueden hacer daño en los pies😊😘❤

This church is a must see. It is in southern Colombia on the border with Ecuador. Known as "Las Lajas"

From Wikipedia: The inspiration for the church's creation was a purported miraculous event in 1754, when Amerindian Maria Meneses de Quiñones and her deaf-mutedaughter Rosa were caught in a very strong storm. The two sought refuge between the gigantic Lajas, when, to Mueces's surprise, her daughter Rosa exclaimed "the Mestiza is calling me" and pointed to the lightning-illuminated silhouette over the laja. This apparition of the Virgin Mary instigated popular pilgrimage to the site and occasional reports of cases of miraculous healing. The image on the stone is still visible today.
