You will be equally comfortable spending a day/night in at the villa as you will be using it as a base to explore the island

WHY LANZAROTE

We have been visiting Lanzarote for many years for our holidays. Mainly to escape the dark, damp cold winters of the UK. Due to its convenient location and all year round climate, it was a firm favourite and we just kept coming back. WHY FARO PARK

Our first experience of staying at Faro Park was renting a private villa. From the first visit we were completely hooked !. So much so, that it was our mission to have our own holiday home on this beautiful island where we could repeat the experience for years to come. We were drawn to the relaxed atmosphere of Faro Park and the convenience of being close enough but not too close to Playa Blanca. The villa has the benefit of having a plentiful choice of good restaurants, bars and shops
all within an easy walkable distance. The build quality of the development is superb, using high quality materials and finished to a very high standard

SUMMERY OF CASA MARIA'S ACCOMADATION

* A luxury detached 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that comfortably accommodates 4 adults.

* Equipped and maintained to an extremely high standard.

* Situated on a quiet, relaxed and peaceful gated community.

* The villa has a large, walled private Sun terrace complete with heated pool and Sun loungers.

* The sun terrace is South facing so features the sun all day.

* Comfortable ratten sofa, armchair and coffee table is provided for outside seating.

* Shared seating areas are available for when the sun is too hot.

* The lounge has 2 large brown leather sofas.

* Entertainment is via 50 inch flat screen TV. Full UK/ international cable TV package, DVD player and Bose bluetooth streaming.

* The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and dishes.

* There is an alfresco dining area with built in seating, marble tablet and extra chairs

* Inside there is a counter and stools for dining at

* The main bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace and pool. It has a separate En-suite bathroom. It if fitted with a queen size bed complete with a memory foam mattress to ensure you get a great night's sleep.

* The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds to allow the configuration of twins or double bed. Both beds have memory foam mattresses. The main bathroom is directly opposite this bedroom.

* Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes

* The private pool is heated to approx 28 degrees centigrade. Guests also have access to the 24 metre communal pool.

* The villa is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy.

* The pool is professionally cleaned during your stay

* Located 40 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the main town of Playa Blanca and 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and bus stop

* The nearby Faro Park parade of supermarkets, restaurant, bakery and small bars are a 5 minutes walk away.

Although we've not had the usual number of visitors this year - we've still maintained our standards and where possible, made improvements. Great to receive the Trip Advisor Travellers' Choice award again - 3 years running now!

I know this one is a favourite Tapas restaurant for some of our guests 🤩. Good to hear they are re-opening.

A detached property with private parking, established gardens and heated swimming pool. Having stunning views of Montana Roja from the garden. It has 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 4 people.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you would need in a comfortable ‘home from home’. The big things such as washing machine and iron are included, down to the small things like hair dryer and corkscrew!

Our aim is to provide you with a luxurious and comfortable base for your holidays. You’ll be equally comfortable spending a day / night in at the villa as you will be using it as a base to explore the island.

Our first experience of staying on Faro Park was by renting a private villa. From that first stay, we were completely hooked! So much so, that it then became my ‘mission’ to find and purchase ourselves a holiday home so that we could repeat the experience for years to come.

We were drawn to the relaxed atmosphere and the convenience of being close enough but not too close to Playa Blanca and also the bonus of having plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all within easy distance of the properties. The build quality of the development is superb, using high quality materials and finished to a very high standard.

A luxury detached, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa that easily accommodates 4 people.

Equipped and maintained to an extremely high standard.

Situated on a quiet, relaxed and peaceful gated community.

Located 40 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the main town of Playa Blanca and 2 mins walk from supermarket and nearest bus stop.

The nearby Faro Park parade of supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and small bars are 5 minutes walk away.

The villa has a large, walled private sun terrace complete with heated swimming pool and 6 sun loungers.

Comfortable rattan sofa, arm chair and coffee table is provided for outside seating.

Shaded seating areas are available for when the sun is too hot.

The sun terrace is South facing so features the sun all day long.

The villa’s main bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace and pool and also has a separate ensuite bathroom. It is fitted with a Queen sized double bed complete with memory foam mattress to ensure you get a great nights sleep.

The 2nd bedroom is fitted with twin beds to allow the configuration of twins or double bed. It has use of the main bathroom via the hall.

Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes for ample storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge / Freezer, Oven / Hob, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher and all pots, pans and cutlery you will need.

Lounge has 2 large brown leather sofa’s.

Entertainment is via 50” flat screen TV, full UK cable TV package, DVD player and Bose bluetooth streaming.

The private pool is electrically heated to approx. 28 degrees centigrade and guests also have access to the 24m communal pool.

Professional cleaning of the villa prior to occupancy.

Professional pool cleaning twice per week.

A welcome pack is provided.
