Ultra-luxury travel, fine dining and fashion intersected in one splendid evening beneath the dazzling lights of New York City. Seabourn partnered with Nordstrom to curate a special event celebrating these worlds coming together on board Seabourn Quest.
While specialty cocktails were sipped and delightful small bites were enjoyed, guests immersed themselves in a lively Seabourn conversation with the Museum at FIT’s curators, Melissa Marra-Alvarez and Elizabeth Way. Their latest book, "Food & Fashion," explores the intricate relationship between food culture and fashion spanning 250 years.
The evening's menu featured a selection of carefully curated canapés created by Chef Christophe inspired by the couture showcased in the exhibition, seamlessly bringing the pages of the book to life with a sensory experience that delighted both the eyes and the palate.
