Lenae is an inspiring and outgoing soul who no longer asks permission to have fun in life! After being diagnosed with PTSD, she has been on a mission of healing and discovering who she truly is. She overcame her anxiety and PTSD. Now she shares her journey with others and helps them not feel so alone on their journeys of self-discovery. She served 13 years in the United States A

ir Force as a Public Health Technician and Supervisor. She is currently an Epidemiologist for The Department of State Health Services. In her free time, she inspires others with her many Facebook groups and her page “Healing from Narcissistic Abuse.” She is the author of the ebook “Anxious No More” on Kindle. She is the President and Founder of Yellow Star Life, an inspiring up and coming brand for helping to empower women to become their best selves. In her personal life, she is a mother of 4 kids: 2 boys and 1 girl, and a little girl on the way!
