'Rouler' in french, 'Involtini' in italian, the filling such as cheese, other meat (bacon) are rolled in a thick slice of beef

In Germany typically, mustard is pasted on the beef then onions, bacon and pickled cucumber are rolled together.
This time we have put some Ruthergren Muscat which gives richer flavour...

Cave & Bar à Vin🍷🍾
It's a nice concept, but it seems the shop Keeper is often alone and can not care of several clients at one time
and it is more to buy than to drink, of course..
At a bigger cave they have a tasting bar and the wine menu is changed weekly or so
So many wine shops and not wine shops sell wines as well in town, a good concept that attracts consumer is a key to success🥇

Slighly or much different LBV unfiltered 2018 and Vintage Port 2016
The colour, the smoothness of alcohol and the flavour intensity.
Anyway both are bottled with optimal condition and could age further.

it's a blend of 2/3 Chardonnay and Savagnin
1/3 Marc de Jura 2 years aged in old oak 🥃
Aromas of honey, figs, raisin sweet but not syropy
Caution 17.5 % alcohol
We also used it for Tiramisù

Pinot Blanc is with good acidity and structured, intensive, minerally.
Pinot Noir is as well very structured with ripe fruits flavours and good acidity, love it
