San Francisco's rotten reputation is killing tourism across the Bay Area as travelers are deterred from the beloved California city even as it makes progress.

Heather grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is passionate about welcoming people to her home. From the first moment you meet, she strives to make every guest feel like she’s your new "old-friend" in San Francisco.

After +7 years as a professional guide Heather still loves her job, especially because of all the amazing people she gets to meet, and fantastic stories she gets to tell.
