- The price is include pool towels (only), electricity, drinking water, gas cooking & BBQ, house cleaning 5-6 times a week, pool maintenance 3 times a week, gardening, free Fiber WIFI and bedsheets (guarantee that every new guests, will get new clean bedsheets). Services available:
- 2 Floor mattress beds (provided for extra beds), charged USD 10 /person /night, 2 more guests max. We provide floor mattress beds complete with standard hotel linen. 6 guests max. sleep at the villa.
- Pick up airport USD 15 (6am - 11 pm) and USD 20 (midnight - 5am).
- Drop off airport (villa to airport) USD 10.
- Check in between 10pm - 6am the next days, will be done by our driver.
- Check out at 12:00 (noon). Late check out after:
* 13:00, will be charged half price payment (depend on the availability).
* 18:00, will be charged on full payment (depend on the availability).
- Motorbike/scooter rental IDR 50,000 (+/-$4)/day. Our recommended rental guy will deliver the motorbike to the villa.
- Tours/excursions of Bali, drop-off/pick-up services with our driver (surcharge).

The guests can use everything we provide in the house. Please take good care of them. Interaction with guests
We will be available by phone, email and WA. The villa is a house, not a resort/hotel/villa complex. The neighborhood
- The location is convenient very central, but at the end of a small lane (gang), so there is no traffic noise and it's quite at night.
- Appreciates living with very nice Balinese & local urban neighbors, some expats too.
- Many of local food canteens (warung) nearby.
- If you love new cultures and curious to be near the local Balinese life, our villa is match for you. Getting around
Due to the traffic jam in mostly tourist hotspots. So we suggest you to rent scooter. It's the best way to go around (Easy, cheap & faster). If you prefer to rent a car, we suggest you to rent a small family car such as Estillo, Agya, Karimun, Xenia, Avanza etc for 6 person max. Inform that the villa road is the same like mostly other houses road in Bali, around 3m wide. Only 30m from the villa to the main road (check our parking photo). Other options:
We suggest you to use online taxi cause they use GPS already so it's easy to the driver to find the villa location. You can ask also our driver to do drop-off / pick-up (surcharge). Other things to note
There is Coco Mart (Toko Koko), a modern mini market open for 24 hours, only 5 mins walk from the villa. They have ATM machine too inside. So, never worries to find instant noodles, bread, jam, eggs, drinks or snacks even in the middle of the night.
