I feel like we’ve been keeping a secret. A BIG one. If you reached out to ask about Summer 2022 you may know what’s up but otherwise you’d probably never guess but we’re selling PHH! I know, I know. It seems crazy to give this place up but as bittersweet as it is and for many positive reasons it’s time. We’re so proud of this home and all of the cherished memories created in it by our friends, family, and the many guests who have chosen to vacation here. Over the last three years we have transform this home from a dated carpeted time capsule to a gorgeous modern haven. We have enjoyed countless sunsets, sunrises, and stunning wildlife displays. Prime Hook Beach will always be one of our most treasured places. We’re excited to put all of our focus on our new primary home in Maryland and future possibilties whatever they may be. On Christmas Day we saw a rainbow, our favorite heron, and the most stunning sunset over Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. It’s always magical here and Christmas Day didn’t disappoint!

Over the last few months we’ve updated a few things. We have brand new bathrooms and a fresh coat of paint everywhere. We ditched old door handles and upgraded to black hardware to match our new bathrooms. We even added shiplap to a few rooms. It’s time for new artwork and decor. We have been collecting these rounds pieces for forever and love the collection mixed with our ceramic horseshoe crabs from @farmhouse302 and our portholes from @amlalocaalina full reveal soon!
It’s that time of year that the ghost crabs make their way inland and create in underground city all around our house. It’s so entertaining to watch them. They are always trying to take over each others holes. 🤣 it’s really so much drama if you have the patience and a good eye to watch them.
Today we took a boat ride in Lewes Harbor and saw a few pods of dolphins dancing all around us. Such a beautiful sight!
