With my quick trip to WDW on Monday, I did have some free time to explore the parks and I decided to take advantage of some food favorites & offerings! Some of the pictures below are new, and some are things I absolutely have to try every time I go to Disney World!

This week I had the privilege of being selected by my agency to take part in Disney's Earmarked Silver Producer training!

This is a brand new training being offered to agency's and I had a great time learning not just about Disney World, but also Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and even Adventures by Disney!

Thank you so much to all my past and current clients for allowing me to help you with your trips and making experiences like this possible. I look forward to helping even more of you in the future!

As I look back at old pictures from past trips, I'm reminded of one of my favorite pieces of advice when people ask me if the time is right to go to Disney

**ALWAYS TAKE THE TRIP!!**

I'm thankful we were able to visit Disney when we did, at this stage in our kids lives, when they met characters and were able to experience the magic of it all. We had questioned at the time if they were too young, if they would even remember it. Looking back at it, I'm thankful we did it, because they may not remember all of it, *I* remember it and will have those memories forever.

We still try to visit when we can, and each year the trips do get a little different as they get older, but I will be forever thankful to have these pictures and memories!

Next up in my "Why Disney Cruise" series: Castaway Cay!

One of the bigger things to consider about cruising are the ports you stop at. For some people this can seem overwhelming, each port is a new place with new people, tourist traps, etc. This can be especially overwhelming for parents with young kids.

Well Disney solved this problem by having their own island, Castaway Cay! Castaway Cay (pronounced Castaway Key) is owned and operated exclusively by Disney, for Disney cruises ships only. So when you stop here, you don't have the worry of a foreign country or dealing with big crowds.

We LOVED this island and cannot wait to go back as there was so much to do!

First up in my "Why Disney Cruise" series from this week, kids clubs!

Disney has *3* separate kids clubs on all ships. For kids aged 3-12, there is the Oceaneers Club. Kids aged 11-14 have an area called "Edge", and teens aged 14-17 have a separate area called "Vibe".

At the Oceaneers Club, kids have to be checked in/out by parents and there is trained staff to run activities for the kids, characters pop in/out of the club at random times, both of my kids had a blast here all week! On the Disney Wish, there is actually a "secret" slide in the main ball room you can take directly to the kids club!

On the first day at sea, we checked both kids into the Oceaneers Club, and my wife and I looked at each other like "well now what!?", as if we didn't remember how to vacation without children anymore, so we both took off for a drink and the nearest chair in the sun to relax! Both kids spent hours in the kids club so we had plenty of time to relax.

For Edge and Vibe, both of those clubs kids can check in/out on their own, but they also run activities for the week to keep kids engaged, etc. By the end of the week, both of my kids were saying hi to other children we passed in the halls or at dinner as they had made friends earlier!

Part of my "job" as a travel consultant is to try and experience new trips first hand, so I'm better informed for my clients wanting to take similar trips. When I travel to Disney World, I try to stay at a new resort each time to experience the pros / cons of it, or I'll add a new tour or experience.

This past week, we added a new destination to the list and did a cruise with Disney Cruise Line on the brand new Disney Wish!

I have a few posts planned this week that outline some of the things my family and I loved that you may not know about with Disney cruises or even just cruising in general! For now, I'll leave a few pictures here and if anyone has any questions feel free to comment below or send a message!

Disney Cruise Line has announced its summer 2024 season with new and popular itineraries to incredible destinations in the Mediterranean, northern Europe, Alaska and the Caribbean, including Lighthouse Point! Guests can experience Disney Cruise Line's new island destination in The Bahamas on inaugural sailings beginning June 2024.

Next up is Dinner at Space 220, Epcot's newest restaurant! When you arrive at this restaurant, you board your shuttle where you are transported to a space station 220 miles above the earth for dinner! The environment here is unlike any other at Disney and it was truly a unique experience.

🎢🌠This past trip we were lucky enough to get a spot in the virtual queue for the all new Guardians of the Galaxy ride in Epcot and let me tell you, this ride is AWESOME! If you are a roller coaster fan, I would highly recommend this ride!!🎢🌠
