This profession is not worth as much as it was 20 years ago… and why is that? That’s because the skills necessary to be a marketer are easily obtainable…once you know the basics. My name is Jack (as in “of all trades”) and I have been a marketer for years with one of the largest book retailers for the last 40 years. In addition, I have personally assisted with the growth of dozens of businesses in
the retail and non-profit sector. What has been the key to my success? 1. Thinking outside of the box and 2. applying what seem to be industry standard techniques from one field to my own in creative and sometimes completely unique and uncharted ways. I show you how to position your start-up online business to succeed. Those positions are in the social media, advertising, and affiliate marketing worlds. What’s my motto? It’s all be done before! that’s right, unique ideas, when it comes to marketing, are rare and far between. The genius is not in creating a new idea but rather applying existing ones to your own business scheme. My job is to help you discover those existing ideas and make them your own, mold them, arrange them, rebuild them – until they fit your business plan. Simple… every day or so I will be posting new articles/quick posts based on my experiences. Think of these quickies as brain teasers or daily thought provokers.
