JP Patisserie was created by two aspiring young chefs whose journey began at Ferrandi in Paris, France. After graduating from Ferrandi, both moved on to work at reputable establishments in Paris including hotel, dessert bar and pastry shop where they not only learned and honed their skills but also gained more exposure to different working atmospheres, from pastry production work to restaurant pla
ted desserts. Focusing on the details of the product we served at our workplace and receiving feedback from critical clients, we wanted to bring a similar pastry experience back to Vancouver.
