My name is Brea (yes, I tell people "just like the cheese, but spelled differently!") I reside with my Husband Todd and our two fur babies, Geneva and Bentley in central Pennsylvania. My Grandfather's cooking dates him back to WWII in the Navy upon the LST 140. The love of food was carried down through my Mom and now onto me. I remember as a kid standing on a chair to reach the counter while I wat
ched a meal take shape and form. Tasting items little by little in awe of what I was about to have. Sunday dinners in my family were nothing short of a food 5k. The Germans did it right! True, most of the time we had so much food it could have fed another two full families with a party of six and we usually had to hold half of our plate on the table so it didn't fall off, but that was the experience and the only way of life I knew! My love of food and/or finding the best meat deal never diminished. My Pop's legacy lives on with my Mom and I. I graduated with a degree in Business and Culinary in 2012 and since then, I've been fighting the good food fight! Though, for personal reasons, I am not in a professional kitchen, but I do carry experience. I do a lot of things on my own, too many to list. I have an inner foodie who wants to escape and take over the world! Much better than a zombie apocalypse, right?! My love for great food and tasty wine has brought me here, a place to share my thoughts, opinions, and recommendations just for you!
