I know a lot of people like to see how a garden railway actually fits into the garden. So here is mine. You may need to zoom in a little.

The line starts at Camel Road terminus midway up the pic, on the left of centre. The line then proceeds as a single line to the end of the garden where it then turns through 180 degrees and runs back down towards the camera, passing a passing loop. The line then swings once more through 180 degrees and runs back up the right hand side where there is another loop. Half way up on the right is the point of current construction. The running line runs to the right of the Summerhouse, it will then run parallel to the brick wall at the end into another terminus.

Camel Quarry Halt.

The Halt shelter is now back in position following renovation.

This was the first station on the line but was abandoned shortly after the construction of Camel Road terminus. Camel Quarry loco yard, however, is still used on a regular basis.
