Why are you a Travel Agent?
My name is Lysandra and I like to watch dreams come true. For many people this comes to life through travel. I am a Realtor and love watching people achieve their dream of owning a home and while this is so wonderful and fulfulling, it usually only happens every now and then. Helping people achieve their dreams is my drug of choice so I needed more :) As such, I am so excited for this role as a travel agent!
I was spending my nights and days between real estate, planning vacations. These were imaginary vacations that I wouldn’t actually take. I would plan the flights, where to stay, and what to do then I would move on with real life and work. (Work, the stuff that pays for the vacations!) Noticing my excitement for travel, I would often get requests from friends about where to eat, or how many days to stay, and what to do while they are on vacation and it was so fun for me to dive in and help. It was time for it to stop being a hobby and to start being something more. I craved more access and to learn more about the nuances of travel. Being a travel agent just makes sense. I love digging through the seasonal rate changes and dates and times and pricing. I love digging deeper and asking questions to see what the client is really wanting or expecting. This is the part that makes most people cringe. I love people, I love numbers, I love travel and I love helping.
Let me help you! Let me educate you on what works best for you. Like home buying, vacations are expensive and important investments of time and money. We work hard for these dreams of ours!
