This was a cold one today 🥶🥶🥶

New Worcester 8000 with 12 years parts and labour guarantee installed. It replaced an 18 year old Worcester Junior.

The new boiler was installed with the following.

Worcester filter
Hive Thermostat
Shock arrestor
Scale reducer

The boiler was moved over to the left slightly to achieve the correct clearances. The customer was never happy with the old flue and its brick work so a new flue hole was cored out. The new flue was then relocated.

I was not happy with the original pipework so decided to re-pipe and tidy up.

The system was cleansed and inhibitor added to complete.

And that's a wrap for 2023!!!!!

Another year of RMB Gas Ltd completed with customers old and new. Thank you for the continued support throughout. 2024, I will continue to offer the best service and prices available to you all.

The increased cost of materials and boiler "tax" will unfortunately mean prices will be more than previous years. Gas boilers are here to stay so don't panic about heat pumps and expensive upgrades. Manufacturers are still making boilers and providing 12 year guarantees. If you are considering upgrading your boiler, 2024 would be the cheapest possible as we anticipate boiler "tax" will increase considerably every 12 months.

We would like to wish each and every one of you a magical and wonderful Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

A whopping 12 year guarantee comes with this Rolls Royce Worcester 8000 combination boiler.

The customer had a 15 year Worcester CDI but it needed 3 new parts so they decided to upgrade knowing they had 12 years piece of mind.

The new Boiler was installed with:

Worcester Mini Filter
Worcester horizontal flue
Magblu scale reducer
Zilmet shock arrestor
EPH wireless programmable thermostat.

The pipework was tided up and clipped accordingly. System then cleaned with Sentinel X400 and Sentinel X100 inhibitor added to finish.

With Christmas looming I have left next week as a responsive week to attend any emergencies/essential work for my customers.

I will be breaking up on Thursday 21st December and returning on Wednesday 3rd January
