Every year, beer lovers from around the world flock to Munich to celebrate Oktoberfest. One of the world’s biggest seasonal attractions, the first Oktoberfest took place over 100 years ago as a celebration of all things Bavaria. Since then, this hallmark event has taken a life of it's own, where Germany’s biggest celebrities and common men from around the world drink a “prost” in one of many "biergartens" and “Wies’l.” https://www.tripsavvy.com/staying-safe-at-oktoberfest-3259993?utm_campaign=travelgetsl&utm_medium=email&utm_source=cn_nl&utm_content=10700544&utm_term=bouncex7

Capture the Captivating culture of Central America
About Central America: Central America is located at the southern-most point of the North American continent and is composed of 7 countries: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. These amazing Spanish-speaking countries (Belize is the exception, where English is the first language) combine a wonderful blend of Spanish Colonial influences with older indigenous heritage and are known for their vibrant and rich cultures, fascinating history and politics, plus the alluring man-made and natural wonders to be found. With the Caribbean and Pacific seas bordering this relatively narrow area of land, Central America was an important centre for pre-Hispanic cultures, such as the Mayans and Aztecs, and the remnants of these civilisations are still present in the grandiose ruins, as well the complex languages and customs still held by many indigenous groups. Central America was in fact one large dominion, when controlled by the Spanish from the 16th to the early 19th century, and later when it became independent it was renamed the Republic of Central America, it was only after 1838 that the region transformed into the separate seven states we know today. https://thetourcollective.com/central-america/

With 207 columns ranged around eight stories, Tower of Pisa looks like a massive wedding cake knocked precariously askew by a clumsy giant guest.

The construction of Tower of Pisa began in August 1173 and continued for about 200 years due to the onset of a series of wars. Till today, the name of the architect is a mystery.

Destination of the day: The “Valle dei Mulini,” or “Valley of Mills,” is a verdant grouping of modern ruins nestled at the bottom of a deep Italian crevasse. The deep crack in the rock which houses the crumbling buildings originated during a huge eruption which devastated the Mediterranean area 35.000 years ago. The flour mills, built from stone as far back as the 13th century, took advantage of the constant stream at the bottom of the valley. They ground all the types of wheat needed by the Sorrentine people in the surrounding area. LIKE if you would visit here!

It may be a cliché, but there’s no better advice for visitors to the Eternal City than the old adage, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” This is where la dolce vita originated, after all. Of course, after more than 2,000 years in existence, there’s enough to explore to keep you busy for years, with decadent pasta and gelato to indulge in, places to shop for everything from handicrafts to haute couture, archeological sites, Baroque churches, villas-turned-museums, and enough art to overload your senses. Whether you’ve never visited Rome or return often, here are twenty-five things you absolutely must do. http://www.fodors.com/world/europe/italy/rome/experiences/news/photos/25-ultimate-things-to-do-in-rome
