Gallagher's Restaurant your tempting food posts worked their magic! We couldn’t resist, and the meatloaf did not disappoint—absolutely delicious, even better as leftovers the next day. As always, the drinks and service were top-notch. Thank you for another great experience!

Thinking of visiting Stubborn German in Waterloo today? Here's what you need to know!
*We focus on German style beers, but have American styles as well. We have a huge bourbon selection, mixed drinks, and wine. We have 16 beers on tap, and we're proud that we make all of them in house.
*You're welcome to order food from local restaurants or bring food from home. We don't serve any food here.
*We are 30 minutes south of St. Louis. There's lots to do in Waterloo while you're here, so plan to stay a while!
*We are family friendly and have free capri suns for the kids.
*We have a walk up area at the bar (in the middle) where you can order drinks from. As our bartenders have time, they will come to your table to get drink orders, but if you're thirsty (right now), come to the walk up area.
*While you're here, check out our "bottle shop" where you can purchase whiskey bottles to take home. We also sell our canned beer to-go.
*You can expect delicious, locally made craft beer and an awesome time.
