Featuring Megatall, Supertall and Architecturally stunning skyscrapers from around the world! Back then the Burj Khalifa was still under construction.

Ever since I was a young boy I have been obsessed with skyscrapers, especially the tallest buildings with unique design and futuristic architecture! My passion for these incredible buildings was indulged when I visited Dubai back in 2006. Nobody could imagine what it is today – a symbol of masterful design and human accomplishment. Around the same time as my trip to Dubai I got my real estate lice

nse and joined my father’s firm. My hometown of Miami went through a construction boom between 2004-2009. And although the recession slowed things down, the economy has thankfully bounced back and there have been dozens of buildings popping up since 2013. I created Buildings of the Future to share the world’s best megatalls (600 meters), supertalls (300 meters) and extraordinary buildings, whether it’s a luxury hotel in Doha or a residential condo in Manhattan. Novelty Grandeur is an approved 620 ft (186 m) residential tower in the most posh area of Mumbai. The building will be the first of its kind with 3 floors of under ground parking, 9 floor podium with a movie theatre alone with 40 floors of apartments. Construction will start in October of this year and looks to be completed by 2020. The plot of land once hosted one of the most famous movie theatre's “Novelty” in Mumbai. The theatre had hosted a significant amount of Bollywood premiers! 🇮🇳

Lokhandwala Minerva is an 82-floor, 1,007 ft (307 m) supertall skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It will have two towers of 82 floors each which will encompass parking floors from 2nd to 16th, Podium Garden on 17th floor, residential floors on 26th to 79th, service floor on 80th and penthouse on 81, 82 and terrace.
