We think it is important to feed your body delicious food rich in the vitamins and minerals you need to support your practice. For example, lunch may include Tomato-Basil Soup, Sliced Turkey breast with Wheatberry Bread, Bibb Lettuce with Crumbled Blue Cheese, Granny Smith Apples, Roasted Walnuts and a Citrus Vinaigrette, Bulgar Salad with Craisins and Root Vegetables. Sounds DELICIOUS doesn't it?

The weather was phenomenal so we practiced both indoors and outside and took advantage of all that Musgrove has to offer, from stand up paddleboarding, to swimming in the pool, to a fireside chat after dinner.
