Back in the late 1980s, David Law was running mostly commercial management and staff development programmes through his company, Total Training International. And it was on those programmes that he noticed a growing interest by the participants in the potential for personal development and improvement. Eventually, so many people were asking for programmes focused on their own growth and development that David started delivering those programmes. When the 1990/92 recession struck and companies started cutting back on training programmes, David was able to concentrate on his work in helping individuals to lead the lives that they truly wanted and becoming the best that they could be. Eventually, to mark the shift in focus from commercial training to personal development, the company was re branded under the DeLorre name and logo. We are proud to be the only organisation in England that delivers the skills that allow people to control their own lives instead of just fact-based lectures and motivational talks.
