Cladtec, division of SAS Global, proudly manufactures CLADPIPE™ in the USA. CLADPIPE is a composite wear resistant pipe with the inner diameter cladded with one of Cladtec’s premium hardfacing materials. The standard base pipe utilized will typically be an extra heavy walled A53 Grade B pipe However, other base pipe materials can be used to meet project specific requirements.

Cladtec manufactures CLADPIPE utilizing the latest in machine/computer automated pipe cladding equipment. This ensures you receive only the highest quality product.

Manufacturing Specifications:
• Cladtec can produce CLADPIPE ranging from a 4” finished
inner diameter (with cladding applied) to a maximum 26”
inside diameter pipe. (special runs up to 30” ID may be
possible based on wall thicknesses)
• Manufactured in up to 40 foot long sections depending
upon overall specifications.
• Piping can be cladded with beads running circumferential
or longitudinal.
• 1/4“ wide weld beads.
• Cladding thickness: 1/8” through 1/2“ depending on
hardfacing material utilized.
• Straightness tolerance of 1/8” per 4’-0”

New crusher mainframe liners and clamps were designed and fabricated from 1/4” on 5/16” (7mm on 8mm) SureAlloy® SA1750CR® Premium Chromium Carbide Overlay Plate. These new liners were installed on 12 June 2013 and retired on 27 November 2013 after a total of 24 weeks in service. These new SA1750CR® liners met the customer requirement for a 24 week service life, thus increasing the availability of the crusher by 300%!

The SAS Global Power Burner Flame Evaluation Program utilizes the latest in high temperature cameras to digitally record the current performance of your burner flames. Standard visible light and infrared thermal camera systems are available. The recorded footage is used to evaluate the performance of your burners and given to you in DVD format.

There are many common problems that are easily identified by reviewing the real time burner footage including;
• Flame instability/detachment
• Tube leaks
• Eyebrows
• High-unburned carbon (LOI)
• Slagging
• Fuel and/or flame impingement on boiler walls
• CO and O2 imbalance
• Problems adjusting secondary air and low NOX burners

Recommendations to correct your specific problems (if any) are made once your performance issues have been identified.

SAS Global Mining Truck Bed Liner System Highlights:

1. Reduced installation time -- designed for reduced welding

2. Designed for a completely clean dump every cycle

3. Reduced weight

4. Material dumps from the bed by the time bed is raised 70%. This reduces cycle time by 10/15 seconds per cycle verses package with grid or strips in tail section. This allows for additional tonnage to be hauled daily.

5. Not having to raise the bed completely greatly reduces hydraulic cylinderfailure since this failure happens from continuously raising the bed above 90%.

6. Substantially increases structural strength of the bed and greatly enhances performance in operations.

7. Easy to install and maintain. The SAS liner system is designed to wear evenly throughout the life of the package.
