Another week another LED conversion completed in an office space this time using LED panels in a 600x600 ceiling grid.
A saving of around 50% and a cleaner brighter light. This job included emergency lights to provide light to an escape route in the event of emergency or power failure

Led conversion completed this week. Customer is very happy with the new higher light output and cost savings these fittings have a 3 year warranty and a pay back time of a year making for very good value. This has also achieved removal of the ugly looking conduit work.

This is a prime example of what can happen when a plug top is connected up and the connections are not tight this was carried out by an Electricion 4 months ago in a new kitchen

Mains board upgrade carried out over the weekend upgraded from rewireable fuses to the new dual rcd metal clad mains board in line with the new 17th edition wiring regulations ammendment 3 2016.
This allows safer operation of circuits and easy reseting in the event of a fault tails upgraded from outdated 10mm to new 25mm and 16mm earth with 10mm bonding to water and gas mains
