Linen: Linen and bedding is supplied in all furnished properties. Cleaning: Weekly cleaning service is included in your weekly rate for stays over 1 week. Utilities: $50 per week is allowed in the rate. Any additional charges will incur an extra cost. If staying long-term, occupants will be required to pay for water usage and supply from commencement
Weekly maintenance: Please ensure you check your property upon arrival and report any concerns. Inspections: These are conducted at the discretion of Management and can be arranged quarterly. Furnishing: All properties are fully furnished but we are able to accommodate the relocation of your own furnishings if required. Monthly gardening: For selected properties only.
