Just a quick cut of 11 paramotro launches and landings I did on Tuesday at Isla Blanca to try and improve my technique and gain more control. It definitely worked and I got some great launches and even a foot slide and some touch and goes in!

This was technically flight 28 but as I needed to practice my launches after nearly crashing on my last flight, I ended up doing eleven launches and landings...

The age old dilemma of what to do with left over tortillas, SOLVED!

Turn them into Tyrhones famous bread/tortilla and butter, banana pudding.

A stack of corn tortillas
Half stick of butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cupsish Milk and 1 egg
Cinnamon
And if you have it, a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Just out for a stroll this morning and found this happening a few blocks away. Then a dip in the infinity pool on the ocean. What a way to start the week! Thanks so much Bob and Wendy, and the pups are happy as (Annie is sleeping next to me right now ).

Went to try and kite but decided the wind was too strong. I consoled myself with a swim in the ocean and a rinse in a cenote followed by cochinita tacos from a street stall. Might go to the cinema in a bit for$4 movies.
Yesterday we took a 20 minute drive to a beach up north and found a great place to fly, followed by garlic prawns and fish. If you don't love weekdays as much as weekends your throwing away a lot of life. Time for a change?

Shrimp and salmon on the Barbie last night with our good friends Bob and Wendy, a long walk on the beach this morning ending in a swim at the locals beach cenote. Finished off with a welcoming coffee from our mate Rene at Ahcacao and an almond croissant (brick). What a wonderful Friday!

While eating my way through a giant plate of fat finger sized prawns and guacamole with an ice cold coke in Mexico, I had the realization that it was Thursday afternoon and this is my life now! Time for a siesta.

Great day yesterday driving down to the"big town". Found this injured eagle and waved down a car to call the parks service. Went browsing in an awesome store which made me feel like I was Marty Mcfly, walked along the river watching fly fishermen and a dog going rafting, and leaned on someone's classic rust bucket. B eautiful place the Rockies.
