Help Creating Smiles We help to facilitate group or individual travel to help communities in Central America

In El Salvador we are working together with Volunteers to execute projects, dispersing donations and medical supplies where they are needed, while giving them an ultimate vacation experience. We help establish and implement plans for Orphanages & Communities to build healthy and self-sustaining lives. A strong supporter of Fair Trade, helping to educate and create awareness & the importance of it,

we work with communities and groups of women in Central America; creating products using local materials and/or recycled. They are marketed and imported into North America giving the people a fair wage, safe working conditions to sustain and empower them. We coordinate Volunteer Vacations for people of all ages to give their time and in turn connecting them with the native people to experience and learn the beauty & culture of an often over looked country. These life changing experiences provide a unique opportunity to build friendships with Salvadorians, meet with communities and organizations involved bringing about social change, while expanding to understand the realities of poverty and the struggle for justice and human rights.
