PAC Handyman Property Services PROPERTY SERVICES My name is Phil and i live in York. I also have a carpet cleaner and achieve excellent results. This is a list of services i supply.

I've previously worked at Shepherds construction for 15 years and for the last 10 years being self employed with my property maintenance business. I pride myself on being neat tidy and respectful of peoples property.I'm Happy to travel surrounding areas and villages from
york. i attended York collage full time in mechanical services where i gained a level two NVQ
I have attended tiling courses an

d i am asset certified. I find myself constantly adding tools and machines to extend my working capabilities ,the latest being a pretty good power washer to spruce up drives,patios and decking. Bathroom installation including part fixtures
Painting and decorating
ceramic/stone wall and floor tiling
Patio/drive/decking/garden furniture power washing with treatment
carpet cleaning
Laminate flooring/skirting boards. garden work/fence/furniture painting etc
Flat pack assembly
