To all cruisers it is always wise to go through the list below and make sure you stay updated with all info.

I have recently had clients who somehow missed the little things and nearly caused them not to be able to cruise.

Please also to all travelling with kids, make 200% sure you have scrutinised all documents for the kids as sometimes one can be in such a hurry that the most important details are missed. Never assume that if one birth certificate is correct that all are correct. Both parents details must be on the certificate. CHECK and make sure.

NB!!! Also remember kids Passports are only valid for 5 years and not 10 like for adults.

Check all passport validity dates. NB!! Passports MUST be valid for 6 months after your date of Disembarkation.

NB!!! Make sure you arrive on time at the port and leave enough time in case something happens.

There are several little places just across the road from the port where you can get a bite to eat or a drink and watch the time so that you make it through emigration on time as they also have close off times. Even if the ship only leaves at 6 or 8pm it does not mean that they can let you through that late.

Embarkation also has a CLOSED time and then if you are late you WILL be left behind and will not be able to go onboard.

Hope these few tips can help people plan better for your cruises and have a blast onboard.

Because it’s free and easy to join! Being a member of the MSC Voyagers Club is a great way for cruise lovers to experience life on board and ashore. It gives you great privileges and services. The more you cruise with MSC, the more you will see your privileges increasing. Don’t miss out on the best way to cruise with MSC!
How much does it cost to become an MSC Voyagers Club member?
Joining the MSC Voyagers Club is free of charge.

REGISTRATION
How can I register for the MSC Voyagers Club?
Membership of the MSC Voyagers Club is open to everyone. Membership to the Club is free and has no age limit. You can register:
You can complete the “Sign Up” form on the MSC website, flagging the related checkbox to be subscribed to the program. By clicking the link on the booking confirmation document which you receive by email after the booking is made. It is also possible to register during the online Check-In. Members will receive their MSC Voyagers Club number after subscription via email. Guests who have a confirmed booking with MSC Cruises can register up to 72 hours prior to sailing.
On board: You can apply for membership by contacting Reception-Guest Service and/or MSC Voyagers Club Info point: in this case you’ll receive an email confirming the subscription, but the membership status will not be recognize on the current cruise.

How should I enter my name on the registration form?
You should enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport.
