Kindly note that the package is not inclusive of your main festival ticket, which you are required to purchase separately.

Festival tickets are currently selling at R950 and once those are sold out, the next and last phase will sell at R1150.

Self drive is optional. The transport cost will be deducted from the package amount.

DEPOSITS:

*A non-refundable deposit of R500 is payable at the end of January

*Your are required to make a second deposit that is no less than R500 at the end of February, then another R500+ at the end of March.

*The balance of your trip fee is due 29 days before the start date of your trip

*No refunds will be made 40 days prior to the scheduled departures date

*If we do not receive the balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.

The organisers of the Mangaung African Cultural Festival (Macufe) have asked us to convey a message that they are super excited to bring you one of the major events in the country's arts and entertainment calendar!

We are equally excited to host you camp-style of course!

We have our eye on the main event which will feature legends of stage like Deborah Cox, Mafikizolo, and Tsepo Tshola, and some of the biggest contemporary talent in Africa today like Sjava and Prince Kaybee.

Spring is in the air and in just three weeks we will be soaking up some much needed sunlight along the Drakensberg mountain range. ☀️🌸🌻💃. We will be arriving to pre- erected and fully equipped tents.

Activities include a guided hike into the high berg, river rafting, abseiling, zip lining, paintball and and mountain biking.

Limited space still available.

Selebi Phikwe was nothing short of amazing💃💃💃. After spending our days out viewing the most spectacular off-road motor race, we eased into the evenings with bubbling three-legged pots at the Legodimo Farm. Hospitality was on point. We cannot wait to share this experience with you next year!

In exactly 18 days, Team will be in the former copper and nickel mining town of Selebi Phikwe, Botswana for this year's . We are location scouting for the 2020 edition since the race has been moved from the diamond town of Jwaneng where we've shared unforgettable memories with some of you Hoppers over the years. Our next Hoppers stop is the kingdom of eSwatini for the 13th edition of the colourful and breathtaking MTN Bushfire Festival held at the peaceful Malkerns Valley.

We will be in the company of over 26,000 attendees hailing from over 60 different countries for an energizing and uplifting weekend that celebrates the music and arts of Africa and beyond.

Departure is on Friday morning the 24th (time and departure point TBC) and arrive back in Johannesburg on the 26th, in the evening.

Kindly note that the R2900 covers one head and you will be sharing a tent with one other person. Should you wish to sleep alone, an extra R250 is payable.

By far the most challenging of our road trips yet the most adventurous. Two tyre burts later and steep snaking roads enroute Semonkong deep in the Central Highlands of the Kingdom of Lesotho,the weekend turned out to be super memorable in true Country Hoppers style.
