Making the most of a weekend in Cape Town 🙌
Laura blitzed the 22km trailrun race- part of the Cape Town Marathon events from the last weekend- on Saturday, & on Sunday she was up 'n running again, to enjoy 15km of trailrunning on Table Mountain, summiting at Maclears beacon and enjoying the beautiful trails across the mountain to Constantia Nek- legend!
