Making the most of a weekend in Cape Town 🙌
Laura blitzed the 22km trailrun race- part of the Cape Town Marathon events from the last weekend- on Saturday, & on Sunday she was up 'n running again, to enjoy 15km of trailrunning on Table Mountain, summiting at Maclears beacon and enjoying the beautiful trails across the mountain to Constantia Nek- legend!

The front facade of Table Mountain is outta action as annual maintenance is being done on the cable car, so we're adapting our routes just for a while- here we are in Newlands forest, always a great option for abeautiful, leafy trail run 😊👣
