Reports are laid out clearly and concisely and can be tailored specifically to your requirements. Weekly or monthly statistics can be provided, showing repair costs and savings ratio, among others. Our rates are competitive and can be negotiated within industry guidelines. Both of our assessors are members of the Institute of Motor Assessors of South Africa (IMA); are
Audatex certified and the company has the necessary Professional Indemnity (PI) Cover in place. Motor Assessments

•Fleet surveys, including an inspection of each vehicle with notes made regarding
condition, exact specifications and any extra items that need insuring, verification of the
vehicle identity and a valuation including, trade, retail and market value as well as the
current values of any extra items. Transport yard inspections, this includes inspection of the yard, surfaces present in the
yard, areas adjoining the yard and their composition, an inspection of the workshop and
fuel storage and a plan of the yard with any pertinent items noted such as position of
of fire extinguishers, tyre and lubricant storage, vehicle positioning and distances apart
when parked. This is especially helpful for writing of fire risk policies. Audatex quotations can be performed independently if necessary, useful for stolen and
recovered vehicles standing at police pounds as well as borderline write-offs in storage
facilities. Valuations and inspections can be done prior to underwriting to ensure accuracy of cover. Digital assessments on small claims can also be performed for a reasonable fee. Motor assessments include:
