As many of you know, my son got very ill and as a result thereof had extensive brain damage. He now needs 24/7 care and therefore I do not have time to go on with the campsite. Wolfkop Camping Villages will from now on manage our campsites. Please stay in contact via Facebook as I will let you know which weekends are still available for private bookings. Die afgelope naweek was die Olifantsrivier berge Suid van Citrusdal aan die brand en baie boere het baie skade. Hier is 'n paar fotos van die brandskade om die kampterreine. Ons is dankbaar vir die paar mense wat gehelp het sodat ons kampterreine nog kan staan.

At this new campsite we have 2 sites. Max of 10 people/site. Costs are R550/night/site. Each site has its own bathroom. Sites are about 20 metres away from the river on a Plateau. You may book the whole campsite @ R 1000/night for your group.

The Goue Vallei Original Exclusive Campsite offers a tranquil experience on the banks of the Olifants River just 190 km’s from Cape Town. Break away from the hectic urban life and enjoy the rural tranquillity and hospitality that Goue Vallei Camp Site has to offer. We offer power points, an ablution block with hot water showers, shade, a nice swimming place and a rowing boat & tubes to keep children happy. Dogs welcome too.

Original Exclusive Camp Site as a whole can be booked – R800/night - up to 20 people allowed (children included). Thereafter an additional fee of R60 per person per day will be charged. We do not allow more than 30 people in total. In High Season (School holidays and long weekends) costs are R900/day for up to 20 people.
