Our family oriented trips are guided by seasoned guides ensuring maximum enjoyment for all, with the minimum negative impact on the environment, while still having loads of fun.

Most of our excursions will take you off-the-beaten-track, therefore, we require all participating vehicles to have low range capabilities, ensuring maximum safety at all times.
Join us on a trip to Botswana in search of the Big Five. Enjoy the thrill of tiger fishing, with a fish eagle keeping an ever-watchful eye over your activities, before watching the sun set over the Okavango Delta.
Fulfil your dream and visit the history-filled Namib Desert in Namibia where you will stand amazed at its vastness and beauty. Many other destinations with vast amounts of game, the beautiful Epupa Falls in Kaokoland or the Caprivi will be reason enough for you to visit Namibia.

The pristine coast is one of the few unexplored pleasures of the Indian Ocean and hosts a dazzling display of marine life.
Lake Malawi, a shimmering mass of glittering clear water, its depths are swarming with colourful cichlid fish. Whether it's diving, snorkelling, kayaking or chilling out on one of its desert islands, a visit to the lake is a must. Oh, then there's the spectacular mountain scenery of Lesotho, the Mountain Kingdom. A magnificent opportunity to explore nature still little changed by man, still unspoilt by crowds of tourists, and to appreciate the untamed but beautiful landscapes of the soaring Maluti and Drakensberg mountains.
Most of our excursions, locally as well as in neighbouring countries, are offered as self-catering and camping, making them affordable compared to the more upmarket options of visiting destinations where accommodation and meals are included.
Should you be new at 4x4ing or have a new vehicle, Cederberg 4x4 offers 4x4 Driver Training at Altydgedaght Wine Estate, Durbanville for the theory and mountain/ rock training and Atlantis Dunes for the sand section of the training.
Cederberg 4x4 has successfully facilitated tailor-made Corporate 4x4 Activities for numerous companies over the past 14 years. To ensure maximum enjoyment, whilst still adhering to environmentally friendly behaviour, all these activities are presented by a professional, experienced and accredited 4x4 guide.
