Tidy Towns Bluff Clean Team are on a Mission Tomorrow!

Our dedicated Tidy Towns Bluff Clean team, Mike (left) and David (right), will be out in force again tomorrow. If you want to look out for these guys they’ll be focusing on the following areas: Club Road, Marine Drive heading towards Anstey's, and Foreshore Drive, covering the stretch from Anstey's Beach to the end of Brighton Beach.

Our goal is to tackle the litter problem, especially along the beach stretch where it’s evident that bottles and other waste are often discarded from passing vehicles and people utilizing this part of The Bluff, particularly in the car park area at the end of Brighton.

A big thank you to the The Beach House Cafe, Heidi's Cafe and Ansteys Beach Backpackers & Apartments for their continued support! We also invite Lords and Legends Brighton Beach Official, Noah's Pub and Lounge and Ansteys Square - Golden Millionaire's Mile to join us in this crucial effort. Remember, your businesses operates along this route too. To all the B&Bs, and Guesthouses on the Bluff, our beaches are what attract your clients - please support us with a simple donation of R100 per month - it really is not asking much. Good morning! Thought I'd share some gorgeous sunrises from the past few days on the beach right in front of our establishment. This is our favourite time of the year - the weather is gorgeous - not too hot, just perfect...and the sunrises are truly spectacular. Have a happy day!😊

We just recently started stocking these beautifully handcrafted driftwood items in our little shop - each one is made with driftwood found at Ansteys Beach, Brighton Beach, or Treasure Beach - an amazing gift idea!🥰

My first branded driftwood shooter tray display went up at Anstey’s Beach Backpackers this morning and it looks great. What’s really cool is the driftwood used for the trays all comes from Anstey’s Beach, Brighton Beach and Treasure Beach … local is lekker 😀

This is how close we are to Ansteys Beach - pic 1 is of our pathway - many of you will have happy memories of walking down this little road to go for a swim, a surf, a long lazy walk along the beach, or watching the sun rise over the ocean in the morning. Pic 2 shows where pic 1 was taken from - right outside our Shorebreak & Seaview Cottages & entrance to Reception. As they say, we're literally a hop, skip and jump away from the ocean!😃🔆

SHOREBREAK COTTAGE : One of our popular larger 6 sleeper units, Shorebreak Cottage has a separate main en suite bedroom, with a double bunk bed and 2 couch beds in the main living area with another bathroom off the main living area. Kitchen and braai area. Sea views down small roadway. The beach is only 50m away!😁⛱☀️🏖

Fun walk and swim in the rock pools between Ansteys Beach and Treasure Beach on Sunday during low tide. Although it was overcast, it was a lovely day with many people walking, swimming, fishing and having a good time🔆
