While you are touring we can take you on a tour to the Valley of 1000 Hills
The Valley of 1000 Hills is as its name suggests, a stunning view of magnificent layer upon layer of rolling hills, actually a 1000 of them! Named after the thousands of hills that reach deep into the Umgeni Valley and guide the mighty Umgeni River that falls from the Drakensberg Mountains along to the Indian Ocean.
Our tour starts in Durban and we travel 30 minutes to the Valley of 1000 hills where you visit a Zulu Cultural Village and enjoy a guided tour to an “Umuzi”, a traditional Zulu Homestead and learn about Zulu traditions and Zulu lifestyle. Afterwards we go wild and meet “Junior” a 102 year old Nile crocodile at the Crocodile and Snake Farm and we also meet “Cleo” a Burmese Python who weighs in at a whopping 42 kilograms!
